Antitumour effect of Tyrphostin AG1024 Ba/F3-p210 cells. After injection with 10⁶ cells/0.1 ml nude mice were injected after 6 days with PBS 0.1 ml (control) or Tyrphostin AG1024 30 μg/0.1 ml (0.1 ml of a 980 μM solution) in treatment group i.p. per day for 10 days. The experiment was repeated two times with five animals in each group. Error bars represent the mean±s.e. of the ratio.
