Inhibitory effects of cisplatin and AG1478 on growth of OSCC cell lines. The four lines, H-1, H-1/CDDP, Sa-3, and Sa-3/CDDP, were treated with cisplatin (0.05–10 μg/ml; a) or AG1478 (1–30 μM; b) for 24 h as described in the Materials and methods section. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and is expressed as a percentage relative to control cells. The results showed that cisplatin and AG1478 inhibited OSCC cell growth in a dose-dependent manner
