Effect of a combination of AG1478 with cisplatin on growth of OSCC cell lines. The four lines, H-1, H-1/CDDP, Sa-3, and Sa-3/CDDP, were treated with AG1478 (10 μM) for 1 h before addition of cisplatin (0.25 μg/ml) for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and is expressed as a percentage relative to control cells.
