Small RNA libraries prepared from day five, day seven, and day nine chicken embryos are referred to as CE5, CE7, and CE9, respectively. Numbers indicate a total sequence read count associated with 5′ (5p) and 3′ (3p) arms of the miRNA precursor. Numbers corresponding to the mature miRNAs currently annotated in the miRBase 10.1 are shown in bold.
