Complementation of pkl phenotype. Complementation of pkl-1 seedling (A) and mature pkl-1 plant (B) phenotype with vector carrying PKL. For each panel, the plant on the left is PKL; the plant in the center is pkl-1; and the plant on the right is pkl-1 transformed with pJO634, which carries the PKL gene. The seedlings (A) were grown in the presence of 10−8 M uniconazole-P in continuous light. The mature plants (B) were grown under 18-h illumination.
