In both strains of mice, the tumor growth was delayed after treatment with Oligo AS compared with untreated or Oligo ASM-treated mice. Specificity was confirmed from the analysis of tumor tissues for the RIα subunits of PKA, which were down-regulated in Oligo AS-treated tumors compared with Oligo ASM-treated or untreated tumors (Fig. 1B).
