Spectrophotometric Method for Determining Titers of Antimycoplasma Metabolism Inhibition Antibody

Abstract

A new method for determining titers of antimycoplasma metabolism inhibition antibody is described. The assay is performed in microtiter plates as originally described, but the endpoint is determined by comparing the absorbances of the contents of test and control wells spectrophotometrically at 560 nm.
