LPA reduces HDAC inhibitor-induced histone H3 acetylation and blocks HDAC inhibitor-induced apoptosis. A, I-83 cells were pretreated with 75 nm TSA, 1 mm VPA following 10 μm LPA treatment, and acetyl histone H3 (Ac-H3) was analyzed, as described above.
