XG-6 cells were IL-6 starved for 24 hours in RPMI1640 with 10 % FCS and cultured with or without IL-6 in presence of FCS for 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours. At the end of the culture the cells were processed as indicated in the legend of Figure 4.
