This table shows qRT–PCR and array fold changes of mRNA levels in retinal samples following intraorbital nerve transection (IONT), and intraorbital nerve crush (IONC) at 12 h and 48 h post lesion (hpl). Changes are in relation to naïve retina values that were arbitrarily set to 1. Numbers in italic indicate not significant changes. Standard error of the mean (SEM) for each experiment is shown in brackets. Abbreviations: 12 h: 12 h post-lesion; 48 h: 48 h post-lesion.
