An apparent reduction in MW following PNGaseF treatment of rCel7A is demonstrated Lane 6. When treated with PNGaseF the Trichoderma expressed Cel7A does not appear to have a reduced apparent MW as shown in Lane 3. Lanes 1 and 4 contain SeeBlue Plus2 MW standards.
