Cytotoxicity of NK lines against melanoma lines. NK lines were generated as described. NK1-specific and NK2-specific lines were obtained from donors OM and MM, respectively. Effectors were reacted with the indicated [35S]methionine-labeled target cells for 5 h and the data obtained at an E/T of 10/1 are shown. The results shown in Figs. 3 and 5 are from the same experiment.
