Gene transcript levels were measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Cycle threshold and reaction efficiency of both the target gene and the reference gene (seryl-tRNA synthetase) were considered. The regulation of a target gene is reported as increase in comparison to the WT control population. Values represent mean values of three independent experiments.
