Various glycan substrates, including GnGn (A), MGn (B), GnM (C), and chitotriose (D) were incubated for 16 h with microsomal fractions containing 10 μg of total protein from Sf9 cells infected with AcMNPV, AcDm-FDL, AcSf-FDL, or AcGlcNAcase-3. The reaction products were then recovered and analyzed by reverse phase HPLC, as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The arrows show the elution times for each of the relevant glycans.
