The dual analog does not inhibit tyrosine phosphorylation of PLCγ1 induced by the myasthenogenic peptide p259–271. Cells of the peptide-specific line (1.5 × 10⁷ cells/well) were incubated with preadhered APCs alone or in the presence of p259–271 (1 μM) with or without the dual analog (150 μM) for 30 min at 37°C. The proteins were extracted and immunoprecipitated by antiphosphotyrosine antibodies followed by immunoblotting by using anti-PLCγ1 antibodies. The experiment is a representative of three independent experiments.
