Leukocyte transmigration in haemorrhagic shock-induced, I/R-activated rat mesenteric venules. Rats subjected to I/R showed increased leukocyte transmigration in the mesenteric microvasculature. Transmigration was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with 10 mg kg−1 cariporide. Values are means±s.e.mean.
