Thymol activates hTRPA1-dependent calcium transients. (a) Ratiometric calcium imaging from hTRPA1-HEK293 cells loaded with fura-2 AM dye before and after addition of 300 μM thymol. (b) Ratiometric responses of six cells before and during perfusion with increasing concentrations of thymol.
