Bidirectional transepithelial [³H]digoxin fluxes across confluent monolayers of T84 cells grown in the presence or absence of 10 μM rifampin for 72 h exposure. [³H]digoxin (0.5 μCi ml⁻¹, total digoxin 1 μM) fluxes were determined up to 3 h either in the apical-to-basal (J_a−b) or basal-to-apical (J_b−a) directions.
