Association of PP2Ac, but not PP2Cc, with integrin αIIbβ3. Integrin αIIb was immunoprecipitated from lysates of washed platelets (A) or 293 cells expressing αIIbβ3 (B) with control antibodies: rabbit IgG, anti-αIIb, or anti-PP2Ac. Immunoprecipitates were immunoblotted with antibodies to αIIb or PP2Ac. C, αIIb was immunoprecipitated, as described above, and the membrane was probed with anti-PP2Cc antibody.
