TBC1D3 expression enhances activation of Akt and Erk1/2 following EGF stimulation. DU145 cells expressing vector alone or TBC1D3 were serum-starved and incubated at 37 °C in the presence of 100 ng/ml EGF. The cells were washed, lysed, and analyzed by Western blot. The bar graphs were derived from densitometric analysis and show p-Erk1/2 and p-Akt normalized to the actual protein loaded.
