TBC1D3 alters EGFR turnover. EGFR turnover was assayed by metabolically labeling the cells with [35S]methionine for 1 h as described under “Experimental Procedures.” Cells were chased in complete medium supplemented with cysteine and methionine. At different times cells were lysed, and EGFR was immunoprecipitated, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and detected by autoradiography.
