15d-PGJ2 inhibits IL-12 family cytokines production by Aβ1−42 plus LPS-activated microglia. Cells were pretreated for 1 hour with 15d-PGJ2 (2.5 μM). Aβ 1−42 (5 μM), LPS (10 ng/mL), or Aβ 1−42 (5 μM) plus LPS (10 ng/mL) was added as indicated, and 24 hours later, the concentration of IL-12p40 (a), IL-12p70 (p35/p40) (b), and IL-23 (p19/p40) (c) in the culture medium was determined. Values represent the mean ± s.e.m for a representative experiment run in triplicate.
