Co-localization of 8-[ϕ-575]-cAMP and GFP-tagged R subunits. COS-7 cells were transiently transfected with GFP-hRIα (a-c) and GFP-hRIIα (d-f), incubated with 500 μM 8-[ϕ-575]-cAMP for 30 minutes.
