Progestins alone or in combination with E2 promote T47-D breast cancer cell invasion. Cells were treated with the progestins alone (P, MPA, DRSP all 100 nM; NES, 1 nM) or in combination with E2 (10 nM) for 24 h and cell invasion was assayed with matrigel invasion assays.
