The table displays the mean thickness of the cell membrane, the mean actin intensity of the membrane and of the cytoplasm, as well as the % cells with spatial actin modifications in several breast cancer cell lines treated with different regimens of hormones (P, MPA, DRSP, all 100 nM; NES, 1 nM; E2, 10 nM) for 15 min. Analytic results were obtained by using Leica QWin image analysis and processing software.
