Results are expressed as nanomoles per milligram of total protein loaded onto the sucrose gradient prior to fractionation. The total amount of each lipid present in the DRM isolated from total cells and the lysosomes after subcellular fractionation were summed, and each lipid type was expressed as a percentage of the total (C, D, respectively).
