Reactivity of peptides NHVRIPIGYWAV(R-CONH2), -(R-COOH), and P10 (QTLAIAHTLAIRYAN) with MAb 3E by ELISA. Microtiter plates were sensitized with 100 ng of each peptide, and the reaction was developed with MAb 3E.
