^aMosquito cells were infected with either SVstd or SVcpc at an MOI of approximately 2 PFU/cell. After adsorption of virus for 1 h, cultures were fed with 2 ml of medium; adenosine, guanosine, uridine, and cytidine were then added to a final concentration of 200 μM as indicated. Media were harvested 24 h after infection and assayed for infectious virus on CEFs.
