Transcriptional analysis of virB-virD4 operons in Wolbachia strains wRi and wAtab3. RT-PCR was used to analyze cotranscription. The primers used and their positions are shown in Table 1 and Fig. 1. RT+ and RT− indicate the presence and absence of RT in the reaction mixtures.
