Western blot of HEK 293T cells transfected with siRNA targeted to PLCγ. Lysates were prepared from HEK 293T cells transfected (Tx'd) with or without BFP-TRPC3 and Epo-R, and siRNA was targeted to PLCγ or control siRNA.
