All strains were obtained by sporulation of W303D-ACC1ΔLeu2 transformed with an appropriate plasmid. Haploid strains: 1.12 and 1.13, 9.11 and 9.14, 4.41 and 4.43, 5.21 and 5.22 were obtained from single tetrads. W303D-ACC1ΔLeu2 relevant genotype: MATa/MATα, leu2-3, 112/leu2-3, 112 his3-11,15/his311, 15 ade2-1/ade2-1 ura3-1/ura3-1 trp-1/trp1-1 can1-100/can1-100 ACC1/acc1LEU2
