Suv39h1 occupancy at promoters of IL-6 (A), MCSF (B), MCP-1 (C), and MCP-1 enhancer (D) analyzed by ChIP assays using SUV39H1 antibody in MVSMC stimulated with 10 ng/ml TNF-α for indicated time points.
