Binding of mjaSSB to single-stranded oligonucleotides. A fixed quantity of [5′-32P]oligonucleotide (38 fmol of dT30, 32 fmol of dT50, and 32 fmol of dT70) was incubated with 0, 5, 20, 50, and 200 fmol of mjaSSB in 20-μl reaction mixtures at 25°C.
