Histology and immunocytochemistry of BMT and transgenic-knockout mice. GS mice (1 month old) were transplanted either with normal (BM-WT) or transgenic (BM-T22) BM and sacrificed 11.5 months later. Age-matched GS mice and transgenic-knockout [T24(−/−)] mice also were analyzed. Tissue sections were stained with H&E and labeled with α32 antibodies for immunocytochemistry.
