Northern blot analysis of rat liver poly(A)+ RNA (5 μg per lane) isolated at various stages of embryonic and postnatal development. The Northern blot was probed sequentially with two cRNA probes (AS1, AS2) derived from the FGF-AS cDNA, and with a cDNA probe for glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (GPD).
