Expression of GH, GH receptor, and GH-binding protein transcripts in early mouse embryos. The sample in each lane was produced by using a cDNA aliquot derived from RNA from the equivalent of 10 embryos. The RNA preparations were reverse transcribed and amplified by 40 cycles of PCR using gene-specific oligonucleotides described in Table 1.
