After microinjection of dsRNA corresponding to either CeMED6, CeMED7, CeMED10/CeNUT2, or CeTFIIB into transgenic nematode lines containing either the ceh-13∷GFP or rps-5∷GFP fusion genes, the embryos were observed for GFP fluorescence.
