Effect of dimemorfan on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced activation of the NF-κB-luciferase reporter in BV2 cells. Cells were co-transfected with the NF-κB-luciferase reporter gene and β-galactosidase vector and pre-treated with solvent (LPS) or 10 or 20 μM dimemorfan (LPS+D10 or LPS+D20) followed by stimulation with LPS (0.5 μg mL−1) for 6 h. Cells in control groups received solvent only (C) or 20 μM dimemorfan only (D20). Luciferase activity was normalized to the transfection efficiency with the β-galactosidase expression vector. *P<0.05, compared with LPS only group by one-way ANOVA followed by the Student-Newman-Keuls t-test.
