Total and differential cell counts in BAL fluids collected 24 h in mice exposed to an aerosol of LPS (30 min, 100 μg mL⁻¹) or of saline (controls). Mice were orally treated with either vehicle (v:v) or AS111793 (10, 30, 100 mg kg⁻¹) or roflumilast (3 mg kg⁻¹), 1 h before LPS exposure. Results are presented as means ( × 10³ cells)±s.e.m.
