Cumulative fraction of the RMSD difference between the TASSER_2.0 and TASSER models, RMSD_{TASSER_2.0} – RMSD_TASSER, for the Easy, Medium, and Hard sets. When the TASSER_2.0 model has a smaller RMSD than the TASSER model, the difference is negative, indicating that TASSER_2.0 is better. When the difference is positive, TASSER_2.0 generates worse models because the RMSD of the TASSER model is smaller than the TASSER_2.0 model.
