Table 5.

BLAST analysis of sequenced clones that were hypermethylated in the in vivo-produced blastocysts relative to the liver and their ratios. A significant difference was detected by using ANOVA between the in vivo-produced blastocysts and the other samples (a - P<0.05, b- P<0.01, c-P<0.001, d -P<0.0001). There was a significant difference between the in vivo-produced blastocysts versus the other samples with 129/180 (71.6%) of the samples. n.d.- no data.
