Effect of TNF on other inflammatory mediators. Elicited macrophages were incubated with the indicated cytokines for 16 hr before addition of LMW-HA. IL-6 production was measured by Quantikine ELISA (A), and nitrite production was measured by reaction with Griess reagents (B); ∗, P < 0.05 compared with IFN-γ primed cultures.
