TABLE 1.

Primer sequences used to create mutations in the 190-HARE CD Deletion or substitution mutations were made as described under “Experimental Procedures” using the indicated forward (F) and reverse (R) primers. Deletion of multiple motifs was accomplished by using a single, double, or triple motif deletion mutant HARE cDNA and a set of primers to delete codons specifying another motif.
