The effect of Tctex-1 on localization of M-PMV wt Gag. 293T cells cotransfected by pSARM4Gag vector and Silencer siRNA for Tctex-1 (DYNLT1) were analyzed 24 h posttransfection. The cells were treated and stained with FITC conjugated antibody as described in Materials and Methods. Nuclei were stained by DAPI. (A) Western blot demonstrating the levels of Tctex-1 [detected by T1 mouse monoclonal antibody (Upper)] and Gag [detected by rabbit anti M-PMV MA antibodies (Lower)] in the control and Tctex-1-depleted cells, respectively.
