SN antibody titers. Sera were collected from calves infected with vBHV-1lox and vBHV-1gEAm453 viruses. BHV-1 neutralizing titers were measured at intervals as indicated during acute primary infection, during latency, and after reactivation induced by dexamethasone. SN was performed with a constant amount of virus (100 PFU) and serial dilutions of serum. The inset illustrates the antibody titers during acute infection more clearly.
