Confocal analysis of MHC class I expression in IFN-γ-treated THP-1 and THP-1 cells expressing the DV replicon. THP-1 cells were treated with 100 U/ml recombinant human IFN-γ for 36 h. THP-1, IFN-γ-treated THP-1, and THP-1.ΔCprME-PAC2A cells were stained with W6/32 antibody followed by Cy3-conjugated anti-mouse Fc (panels A, B, and C, respectively) or with Cy3-conjugated anti-mouse Fc alone (D; shown for THP-1.ΔCprME-PAC2A cells only). THP-1, IFN-γ-treated THP-1, and THP-1.ΔCprME-PAC2A cells were stained with LIR1-Ig followed by Cy3-conjugated anti-human Fc (panels E, F, and G, respectively) or with Cy3-conjugated anti-human Fc alone (H; shown for THP-1.ΔCprME-PAC2A cells only).
