(A) HLFs transduced with 2.8 × 105-pg p24 of (−) and (+) cPPT WT or Q151N or V148I RT mutant vector were harvested at 48 h posttransduction and their genomic DNAs were isolated. One microgram of genomic DNAs was used for the 2LTR circle quantitative real-time PCR as previously described (12), with standard deviation of the mean presented.
