GM6001 inhibits IL-15Rα-dependent IL-15 secretion. (A) Specific ELISA showing IL-15 concentrations present in the medium of transfected and PMA (100 ng/ml)-stimulated COS-7 cells. After stimulation, the COS-7 cells were cultured for an additional 8 h in the presence (dark gray) or absence (light gray) of the general matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor GM6001 (10 μg/ml). The COS-7 cells were transfected with empty vector (−), IL-15 and IL-15Rα, or IL-15 and IL-15RαΔMD.
