The effects of a 6-dose regimen of NAM (50 mg/kg, ip) or vehicle administered over 5 days on serum concentration of NAM. The graph shows the plotted mean (±SEM) serum NAM concentrations. Administration of NAM significantly elevated serum NAM levels compared to the saline-treated group (* = p<0.05).
