Cell lysates were incubated with GST alone (lane 1), GST-ALP1 (lane 2), GSTALPΔSH3 (lane 3), and anti-ABL antibody bound to PAS beads. Bound proteins were separated by SDS/PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting. (C) Mutant cABL proteins were produced in COS cells.
